Bellecrest Days 2012

The communities of Bellevue and Hillcrest will  jointly present Bellecrest Days 2012 on the weekend of June 15 and 16,  the dates this year which most closely coincide with the Hillcrest Mine Disaster of June 19, 1914. The 2012 celebrations will be held in Bellevue.

Events:



Friday, June 15
6 pm - 8 pm: BBQ Beef on a bun with fries at the Bellevue Legion
7 pm - 10 pm: Entertainment at the Bellevue Legion

Saturday, June 16

• 8 am - 10 am: Pancake Breakfast at the Bellevue Legion, $7.00/plate (free for kids under 5)
• 9:30 am Parade Set Up:  Floats, equestrians, vehicles meet at the campground; walkers, children, bicycles meet at the Old Moose Mtn Grill.  Parade is open to everyone
• 10 am - 10:45 am: Parade Judging 
• 11 am:  Parade Starts

All following activities will be held at Bellevue Arena Memorial Park and area. Kids 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

• 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Free Hot dogs for kids hosted by the Bellevue Fire Department
• 12 pm - 4 pm: Astro Jump, Petting Zoo, Kid’s Activities & Games, Concession (pop, coffee, popcorn, etc.) by Boys & Girls Club, Music by Siegbert & Rose Gail, Bake Sale, Book Sale, Artist/craft vendors, Face Painting
• 1 pm - 3 pm: Bellecrest Days 2012 cake
• 3 pm: Kid’s Ice Cream Eating Contest
