Red Hat Society meets for tea at Mrs. P's

The ladies of the 'Rocky Mountain Windbags', the local chapter of the world wide Red Hat Society, met at Mrs. P's Coffee Corner for tea on January 14.  The chapter has 10 members, and 2 members visit often from other chapters.  The group gets together once a month for an outing and bonding.  The original idea of the Red Hat Society was to encourage women over 50 to get together, but now it is open to members of any age.  Those younger than 50 are referred to as Pink Hatters.  If you are interested in joining you can contact Glendyne Zerr at 403-627-2611 or by email at
