RCMP seeks public’s help in death investigation in Pincher Creek area

The RCMP in Pincher Creek, Alberta are seeking the public’s assistance in investigating the death of Victoria Joanne Crow Shoe, age 43, whose body was found by a fisherman along the shore of the Oldman River Reservoir at the Windy Point Campground on Sunday, September 13th. Efforts to identify the deceased began immediately. Ms. Crow Shoe was a resident of Lethbridge and was reported missing to Lethbridge Regional Police Service September 15th. She was last seen by her family on August 26th of this year. An autopsy confirmed her identity and her next-of-kin was notified by the RCMP of her death.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts and activities of Victoria Joanne Crow Shoe between the dates of August 26th, 2015 and September 13th, 2015 is asked to send an email to Allison.blue@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.
