CNP Fire/Rescue issues avalanche warning

Crowsnest Pass Fire / Rescue wants to inform the public of the high avalanche risk do to recent snowfall and warm temperatures.

Storm loading, solar radiation and warm temperatures are contributing High Risk areas especially east of the divide where large amounts of recent snow have fallen. Even experienced backcountry experts are reminded of the dangerous conditions. Please refrain from being in avalanche terrain until these conditions improve.
