Child safety reminder


RCMP Alberta - On July 29,  2016 at approximately 12:10 p.m. the Athabasca RCMP assisted with freeing a 9 month old infant who had been accidentally locked inside a vehicle at the Athabasca River Front. The Athabasca RCMP and Athabasca County Fire Department were able to gain entry into the vehicle with the assistance of Hunter Motors of Athabasca and free the child, who suffered no injuries.

Parents are reminded to ensure that children are not left unattended in vehicles, especially during hot summer days.
