Cows killed and injured by unknown culprit(s) near De Winton

RCMP Alberta - Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person responsible for injuring cows.  On October 7, 2016 RCMP responded to call in the De Winton rural area north of Okotoks. It was reported that on a ranch located west of Highway 2A, sometime during the evening of October 7, 2016 an unknown person or persons opened the gate to the ranch land and chased cattle with a 4x4 for a period of time. This event has resulted in the death of four cows due to injuries sustained by being chased.

RCMP are looking for witnesses or information from anyone who may have seen or heard about this incident.
