The Heritage Acres 2015 Annual Show was held July 31 - August 2 under blissfully sunny skies, and featured the inaugural show of the John Deere Two-Cylinder Club.
Visitors were once again treated to field demonstrations featuring an antique steam engine/sawmill, antique farming equipment of all types, and the working grain elevator that was formerly located in Brocket. The daily Parade of Power allowed collectors to exhibit their restored machinery, and tractor pulls also entertained the crowds. The Heritage Station exhibit has been refined every year since its installation, with working model trains traversing a diorama of the area. A large collection of antique cars and trucks were on display.
The event offered many diversions for kids in addition to the exhibits, including a nail pounding contest, rope making, a straw tractor, and a bouncy castle.
