Bob Westrop was the MC for the event. Westrop is an annual fixture at the event, and showed his appreciation for the many businesses who were being honored throughout the evening. Guest speakers included Livingstone-Macleod MLA Pat Stier, Town of Pincher Creek Mayor Don Anderberg, and MD of Pincher Creek Reeve Brian Hammond.
Lieve Parisis was honoured for her job of administrator for the Chamber of Commerce over the last five and a half years, before she took on a new role in the community as an entrepreneur as owner/operator of the Waffle Wagon. Kimberly Hurst was named the Pincher Creek and District Chamber of Commerce member of the year in recognition of her work for the Chamber.
There were 97 nominees in nine categories, nominated by peers and customers recognizing the efforts of the businesses and the individuals who run them. There were businesses that have been operating in the area for decades and some that have been in operation for less than a year.
